Dental software that knows what a Band 2 is

Most practice software is a calendar with a patient list bolted on. A dental practice is not a calendar. It's three funding routes, a dozen treatment lengths, a hygienist who can't do fillings, and a front desk trying to hold it together.
Rated excellent by our patients

Why we built it

Ask a practice manager what their software gets wrong and you'll hear the same three answers. It doesn't understand that a check-up and a root canal are not the same appointment. It treats NHS as an afterthought, or private as one. And it makes patients ring during working hours to book — which is the one thing an anxious patient will not do.

DentiPoint starts from the treatment, not the slot. A treatment has a length, a clinician type that's allowed to perform it, and a price that depends on how the patient is funded. Get that right and the diary, the booking page and the till all fall into line behind it. Get it wrong and you spend your life correcting the software.

We build for the practice that has one surgery and the group that has thirty, because the first usually becomes the second, and re-platforming halfway is nobody's idea of a good year.
