Terms of service
Draft. Have these reviewed by a solicitor before you publish them.
Who we are
Dentipoint provides dental practice management software through this website and the Dentipoint application. To get in touch, email hello@dentipoint.com.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login details secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. You must have the authority to enter the data you upload, including your patients' and clinicians' details.
Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and do not upload unlawful or infringing content.
Trials and billing
Trials run for 30 days with no card required. Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page (prices exclude VAT). You can cancel at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you put into Dentipoint. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
Dentipoint and its software, branding and content remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you beyond the right to use the service.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the service available, but we provide it 'as is' without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service from time to time, and we may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
