Everything a practice does, in the order it does it
The line a patient actually travels
Each step is a feature. Together they're the practice.
- 1
They find you
A branded practice website with your treatments, your team and your prices — edited by you, not by an agency on a retainer.
- 2
They book
Treatment, then clinician, then time. Recognised by name and date of birth, with no password to forget. A deposit if you ask for one.
- 3
They turn up
Reminders before the appointment. A diary that gave them the right length of slot with the right clinician in the first place.
- 4
They pay
NHS band, private fee or plan rate — priced when the treatment was chosen. Deposit deducted, balance settled, refund if it's owed.
- 5
They come back
Recalls and reminders bring them back on schedule instead of quietly becoming someone else's patient.
The thing nobody else does properly
NHS, private and plan in one diary
This is the feature that decides whether dental software is worth having. Three funding routes that behave nothing alike, in one price list, on one diary — instead of three sets of books and a spreadsheet holding them together.
- NHS Band 1, 2 and 3, from a regional rate table you control
- Private fees per treatment, in your own list
- Membership plans and free consultations as first-class routes
- Daily caps to stop banded or emergency work eating a list

Dental practice software FAQs
Is anything held back for a higher tier?
No. One price per practice, every feature included. We'd rather you used the thing you're paying for.
Does it work for a mixed NHS and private practice?
That's the case it was designed around. A treatment carries its funding route, and the same diary holds both.
Can hygienists and therapists have their own lists?
Yes. A treatment declares which clinician type performs it, and the diary only offers slots on clinicians who can.
